The console sends error reports and the recordings described in the Privacy Policy to our error monitoring service (stored in the EU).It sets no cookies and stores nothing in the browser for this.
4Chat widget on our customers' websites
When our customers embed the chat widget on their website, it stores in the visitor's local storage:

The merchant is responsible for the widget on their website.They decide whether to obtain consent for it and inform about it in their own privacy policy.
5Legal basis
The cookies and storage entries listed are strictly necessary for the service you explicitly requested (§ 165(3) Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021).We base the subsequent processing on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation, display of your choice).If we ever introduce services that are not necessary, we will ask for your consent first.
6Control
You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser at any time.Without the sign in cookies you cannot use the console.The website works without any storage, it then shows the default color scheme.
