EULA for Marketplaces and Integrations

1Scope

These terms apply when you install FAMMRO through a marketplace or integration, such as the Shopify App Store, the Vercel Marketplace, plugins for shop systems or the apps for Windows, Linux and Android.They supplement the Terms of Service, which apply in full.In case of conflicts these terms take precedence for the installation.

2Contracting party

Your contracting party for FAMMRO is FAMMRO e.U., not the marketplace operator.The operator is not responsible for FAMMRO and provides no support for it.If the marketplace bills the license, its terms also apply to payment, invoices and refunds.

3Permissions

During installation you grant FAMMRO the permissions the marketplace displays, for example to read products and orders or to set environment variables.FAMMRO only uses them to provide the features you use.You confirm that you are authorized to perform the installation for the connected account.

4Right to use apps and plugins

For the term of the contract you receive the simple, non transferable right to install the app or plugin and use it with FAMMRO.We install updates automatically or provide them for download.We do not support older versions indefinitely.

5Data

We process data from the connected account under the Data Processing Agreement and the Privacy Policy.For Shopify we also answer the mandatory requests for access to and deletion of customer data.How to have data deleted is explained under Data Deletion.

6Uninstalling

You can remove the installation at any time in the marketplace or in the console.This ends our access to the connected account.A running license does not end automatically, cancel it under the Terms.If the marketplace bills the license, it ends under the marketplace's rules.

7Warranty and liability

Sections 11 and 12 of the Terms apply to defects and liability.We are not responsible for the availability, changes and terms of the marketplace.

8Law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.The place of jurisdiction is Linz, as set out in the Terms.

This English version is provided for convenience.The German version is legally binding.
